It is not necessarily about any one thing in particular. It is a broad term that covers a whole heap of things really.
Arguably, the defining factor is mindset.
Like in the definition, it’s not about making a HUGE amount of money (unless that’s your goal, you go for it), it’s simply cultivating a business that supports you and your lifestyle.
Whether that’s a love for travel so you want to create something that is not location dependent, or at least is manageable from remote places. Whether it’s because you have kids and want to make sure you’re around for all of their milestones, sports days, plays, etc.
Whatever it is, it starts with defining your desired lifestyle.
What do you want your life to look at?
What are your non negotiables?
Your things that are slightly more flexible?
What is it?
Once you’ve defined how you want to live, it becomes easier to dictate how your business may look.
It’s easier to set up the logistics.
